Our Annual Membership Plan

• Cost:                                          £30 / year

• Hotdesking Entitlement:            300 x 3-hour hot desking slots / year, equivalent to 75 hours/month*

• Additional Benefits:                   Priority booking for exclusive member events in hub locations.

*Subject to availability; bookings are on a ‘first come; first served’ basis.

Who can become a Hub Member?

Our coworking hubs are predominantly for use by the spouses and partners of serving personnel; however, can be used by reservists who may be temporarily attached to a regiment and need somewhere to work.

​

On a case-by-case basis, we can also consider the spouses and partners of veterans or bereaved families; however, this is subject to individuals being able to access the facilities if they are located behind the wire.

Additional Information

• Your membership is valid for 12 months from point of purchase and not just for the duration of 2024.

• If you choose your membership to start in the future, you won't be able to book a desk until after that date.

• Renewals are automatic until you actively cancel your subscription with us.

• Desks must be booked in advance using our online booking system either via the website or the APP.

• You must have a valid hub subscription to book a desk.

• All new hub members will be subject to an eligibility check.

• All new members will be required to undergo a Health & Safety induction prior to using the hub.

• Hub memberships can be transferred if you are posted to a new location during your subscription period subject to hub availability at that location.
