RFEA becomes chosen delivery partner for exciting new initiative

The Forces Employment Charity (RFEA) are the chosen delivery partner for an exciting, new initiative from Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), funded by Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) with European Social Fund (ESF).


The programme will support Veterans, their partners and spouses, and children, as part of plans to lead economic recovery in the M3 region by growing a skilled population in a range of sectors and industries including:

  • Digital enterprises

  • Medical technology

  • Gaming

  • Medical science

  • Sustainable and low carbon construction

  • Space and satellite industries.

Support is offered to participants using a combination of practical employment support, accredited training, corporate mentoring, and work experience to provide the best possible routes to accessing sustainable employment in emerging technologies and peripheral sectors.


Delivery partners for the EM3 programme are:


The LEP includes 9 Military Bases, predominantly army, including Aldershot, Winchester, Salisbury, Andover, Pirbright and Sandhurst, and an estimated 26,370 military and civilian personnel working at those bases. ​
